Guides such as Carlos, Nichola, Nyssa, Joanne, Craig, and Madge mix food with stories about Edinburgh’s streets, buildings, customs, and folklore.

“All the food was very tasty. Started with the cullen skink . A very hardy, flavorful soup. The haggis was well prepared, similar to a shepard's pie without crust. The Chranacan was delicious, was prepared like an ice cream. Tried 2 whiskey that were both good. Finish with scones at a bakery. They were just ok. More like a biscuit than a scones. Not enjoyable after whiskey. Overall a nice experience. Several dishes were shared and still, portions were just way too large.”

The only problem was our group of 9 understood very little English, and when I started translating for them the other persons in the bus got upset as they could not hear the driver as well. An audio would definitely have been a bonus for our group !”
